Terms & Conditions

1. About Our Products

Bayko offers curated Mystery Scoops bundles containing surprise products based on the selected package theme.

Because our products are mystery bundles:

  • Items are selected at random.
  • Every bundle is unique.
  • Product contents may vary from photos shown on our website.
  • We cannot guarantee specific products unless explicitly stated.
  • Colors, brands, scents, styles, and product variations may differ based on availability.

The mystery is part of the experience!

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated where required by law.

International pricing does not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing your Mystery Scoops package as quickly as possible.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

Bayko reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to:

  • Product availability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Payment verification issues
  • Abuse of promotions or discounts

4. Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

All U.S. ORDERS SHIP FREE!

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Bayko is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather
  • Holidays
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Events outside our control

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Tariffs
  • Brokerage fees
  • Government fees

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If an international shipment is refused because customs fees, duties, or tariffs are unpaid, any return shipping costs or fees incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the surprise nature of our Mystery Scoops products:

All Mystery Bundle sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on:

  • Personal preference
  • Duplicate items
  • Surprise contents
  • Gift recipient preference
  • Color or style preferences

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or you receive the wrong items, you must contact Bayko within 48 hours of the delivery date.

To submit a claim, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the affected product(s)
  • Photos of the original packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after the confirmed delivery time may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or another resolution.

Each claim will be reviewed individually. If approved, Bayko will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item, replacement package, or store credit at our sole discretion.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us promptly with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged or missing items

We reserve the right to request additional information before issuing replacements or store credit.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Logos
  • Product names
  • Images
  • Graphics
  • Product descriptions
  • Website design
  • Branding
  • Digital downloads

is the exclusive property of Bayko and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bayko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the applicable order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
